...business I am going to start? I am a student going to school but, I do not live in this city permantly. Should I change my phone number to a local number? Would this help my business or hurt it? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you for your time.

buy a toll free number, it is something i should have done 20 years ago, i have 4 now, you can move around and take them with you, never have to change your business cards or letter head, and if you can get it for a good price buy a number that spells what you do, or your trading name, if you can match you trading name to your number within reason with this, if your business is able to be split it to satellite areas or licenced, they is no better way with these numbers.
