James C Status: Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 1	Do I have to register my business through my local courthouse? I am going to start a home-based business in the next few weeks. I will be considered an Independent Distributor through the company where I get my products. If I want to name my business (i.e.- JDC Distributing), do I have to register my business name through any court or government agency? I am new to this and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!
