I need help comming up with a fitness routine?
Alright, well to start a little about me
I'm 5'3"
about 125 pounds
size three/four
petite frame ( my moms side is very petite)
I'm looking to loose weight, but more importantly, look better, and drop a couple sizes.
Now, before you start bashing be about this, I have a very small frame, and the excess fat that I do have on it shows...a lot. Ideally, I'd want to get to a size one. Maybe drop ten pounds, but whatever. I'm not focused on the numbers on the scale.
What I need help on is how to loose it. What should I eat, what types of things should I be doing to work out. I do really want to have a muscle-y stomach, toned arms, legs, and, overall, a good body in time for summer. Help, please?
