I was uncomfertable giving my son a bath in one of those basin things to be impersonal so i decided to get in the tub with him. What are your thoughts on this?

As long as he's not 10 and you're still doing it... it's fine. My mom said she never did it but that doesn't mean I won't ever do it.

There is nothing wrong with bathing with your child. It is completly natural and should be something to enjoy. It's not like he is 5, so I think its fine. Get in the tub, and play with him....it makes bathing more enjoyable for both parent and child.

I go in the bath with my daughter, its easier for me to hold her and wash her, she seems to enjoy it more as im there and she must feel safe...i dont c a problem with it and there has been occassion where the health visitor told me to put her in the bath with her dad so they can bond as he works alot...some ppl mite not agree but even when i was younger i went in the bath with my mam.
