First I would like to say that I don't intend on disclosing my name on the Internet. Bad experiences in the past have lead me to be more mindful of my own personal security when using the Internet, so herein I simply go by the name "Ordellani."
I currently serve in the Australian Defence Force, but have had a recent change of plan and am soon to be entering the Royal Australian Air Force as an Airfield Defence Guard. Training will commence within the next few months and, while I am already trained, I still have to go through the basics again as I am now entering a different muster of the Australian Defence Force.
I'm the owner/admin of Ordellani Media - a MyBB Theme site that is dedicated to making free and paid themes for customers and we do accept requested themes. The site has not been up for long (it was once a personal site) but I have decided that I do adore the MyBB Software and thus; thought it might be good to turn my unused domain into something productive for not only me, but the MyBB community.
I've been doing freelance design since I was about 14. I know PHP, ASP.net, MySQL, CSS, (x)HTML, DHTML, Java, AJAX and many other application languages. I've designed themes for phpBB, MyBB, vBulletin, SMF and even cPanel. I know a wide plethora of different languages, but graphics is what gets me - as I never really could figure Photoshop out. Instead, I mainly use ImageReady with images I have developed by hand and scanned for upload.
That is about it, really. I apologise if I seem blunt -- but that is just who I am. I like to get things done, no clowning around and start a job and then finish it. I'm sure if there are other MyBB Coders here you may remember and recognise me. Others, you may not. Great to finally register and contribute some of my own. I now have some time off from work due to an injury, so I have time to mess around with one of my many hobbies: MyBB Theme Design.
