What is a best way to set up consumer electronics warehouse or store??
My close friend have some connections to deliver in bulk (containers)up to $200000 dollars worth of consumer electronics at a time from China to USA he is asking me to organize the retail warehouse or store for him and run this business for him...any ideas how to set it up? Do i have to open this warehouse or store to public, or should i go online delivery only business? Thank you, please put your experience background so i know who's giving me this advise.
